Delivery cost:
Delivery to the mainland UK is included and takes approximately 3 to 5 working days but can take up to 7 working days in unusual circumstances. can take uWe now deliver to the Isle of Man and Guernsey at a delivery charge of £88 per pallet and deliveries for the Isles of Scilly £36 per pallet to the steamboat on the mainland. Isle of wight is £58
The haulier will contact you to arrange a delivery day once you have placed your order. I am sorry we do not deliver to Northern Ireland Scottish Highlands & Islands, or Jersey at this time.
Please note that the driver is not responsible for handling the bags on the pallet so please ensure that you have the labour available to do so.
Delivery method:
Delivery is roadside only and made by lorry with a tailgate. The pallet is transported on a pump pallet truck from the roadside to your driveway entrance. If possible the driver will endeavor to move the pallet onto your property. It cannot be moved on unsteady surfaces such as gravel drives. The pallets can only be moved on hard, firm, level surfaces. If you think this might be a problem please contact us before you place your order to see if we can make any alternative arrangements for delivery.
If you can only be reached by sharp bends, narrow driveways etc. you must inform H W Fuels. when ordering, as alternative arrangements may need to be made.
If for any reason the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, then your pallets. will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements at your expense. If the order is refused due to access issues a £120.00 restocking charge per pallet will be made.

Cancellations and Returns Policy:
You can cancel an order prior to the loading of your order onto our delivery vehicle and obtain a full refund.
Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods differ from the goods ordered by you, please contact us within 7 days and we will exchange them at no additional cost to yourself.
